The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely - the bed was comfortable and the shower was great . Everything is very clean and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. The complementary Portuguese custard tarts were delicious and a nice touch. I plan on coming back and would definitely stay here again.

Svaki dan nas je dočekivalo slatko pecivo, voda, sokići, čista kupatila i sobe. Pohvala za čistoću i opremljenost kuhinje, kao i sobe. Lokacija - savršena. Metro - Stanica Parque, plava linija, 1 minut; stanica Picoas, žuta linija, 2 minuta; do aerodroma oko 30 minuta sa jednim presedanjem.

I loved the quality of the rooms, the comfort of the bed, and the attention to detail with the various amenities. It was also lovely to have a welcome drink. The location is excellent too.
