The property is a 5-minute walk from the Porto city centre and a 3-minute drive away from the iconic... The location of the facility was excellent. You are close to everything. Breakfast was very diverse and quite sufficient. Offering snacks throughout the day was also very good. My room was clean and nicely designed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I want to thank Irina; she was always very helpful and had a smiling face. I have never encountered such personnel at any hotel I've been to. And the young man who handled my check-in was also good and helpful. Even the taxi drivers they called were very nice.
