The location was great, staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. One lady on the desk even compiled a list of the local Christmas markets so we didn’t miss anything after we mentioned we would be visiting one. The room was lovely and spacious and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. The Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom were wonderful. We sadly didn’t have chance to use the restaurant but the bar was very cute and the complimentary cookie on arrival at the hotel was unexpected but a lovely touch.

Offering free WiFi and and renovated in 2013, Hotel Confort is only 500 metres from the centre of Cluj-Napoca. The National Opera and the main tourist attractions of the city can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. How I arrived the receptionist Madalin upgraded my room as a Genius client, also Ana from reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast offered a very large choice of food homemade. Anytime when I need coffee and tea I had at the reception. Thank you, I will come again when I will be in Cluj.

Every piece in the apartment is exclusively made with love and dedication, the combination of different styles makes it even more special. We loved the place and staying there! The host is so nice and was available for everything during our stay there, the neighbors were also so nice and helpful. The place is really huge, we loved the terrace but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because of the bed weather and our schedule in Cluj. The location is really near to the city center and the walk od 10/13 minutes is perfectly relaxing. I would love to stay there again if I'm going to Cluj.
