Staff were extremely polite and helpful and made our stay memorable. We used the indoor swimming pool, saunas and massage facilities (special thanks to Mrs. Loredana - best massage therapist we had in Romania, so far).

I am using this hotel for the 4th time already ) It is the best option in Suceava for a good and comfortable stay before a long trip. The room was very warm (we used the one with balcony). The beds are nice. And staff is simply amazing - we were on a very late check in several times and there always was someone waiting for us at reception. The restaurant downstairs is great - as we learned, their chief is cooking there for 20+ years!) and it is worth trying! Definitely recommended.
