In my opinion, the best hotel in the city center, just at the old town, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and great breakfast, nice personnel. From all the hotels that I have stayed at in Novi Sad, this is the best - even though all of them were great. Next time I’m very sure I will stay here again.

The accommodation is perfect. First of all, hygiene is at the highest level. It is quiet, cozy and has everything you need for a vacation. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is varied and very tasty. The dining room is extremely clean, tidy and decorated with style. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. All praise!

This is a hotel with history, lots of space, paintings on the walls, and many historical items used in the design. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent closed free parking. The city center is about 20 minutes walk away. I recommend the hotel.

Hotel staff were polite and I was greeted with the smile.Lovely hotel with amazing location.
Very good parking and great size room.
Air conditioning was the best from all hotels that I have stayed in.
I was even offered from reception lady help to carry my drinks to the room.

Nice design of the hotel. Beds are good. Big rooms (it seems like it was an old apartment building before).
But other furniture is not very comfortable and there are no big tables in the room, the cupboards are old and there are not trashbins.
The staff is nice and very helpful.
