Scent of Sukhothai Resort ligt op 1,1 km rijden van het historische park van Sukhothai. Dit rustige resort beschikt over comfortabele kamers en een buitenzwembad. Everything was perfect. Short walk to the historical site and we also rented bikes. Restaurants were nearby and the accommodation itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

Foresto Sukhothai Guesthome ligt in het centrum van de stad Sukhothai en biedt stijlvolle accommodaties met airconditioning en een restaurant bij de accommodatie. We stayed for 5 nights and we must say, this was one of the hidden gems of our trip to Thailand. The gardens are peaceful and well-kept, offering an oasis from the bustle of New Sukhothai. The room was clean and roomy with a lovely outdoor seated area where we could order food and drinks from the kitchen. The pool was a pleasant temperature to cool down when it got too hot and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and flexible. Some people might have a few minor quibbles with the bathroom - there was only hot water available from one of the two shower heads and the tap in the handwash basin was a little loose. Compared to the typical standards in Thailand at this price point however, most aspects of the room exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is about 15 minutes drive from the historic park, but don't let the location put you off a stay here - a taxi with the Grab app to the old town only cost around 120 Baht. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here if you want affordable, relaxing and comfortable stay in Sukhothai with exceptional service.

Het Tharaburi Resort biedt een cultureel en rustig toevluchtsoord op afstand van de stad. We loved the look, the vibe and and comfiness of our room (Triple Room with balcony). The private deck was a pleasant bonus! We enjoyed hanging out there and watching the fish in the pond. Very relaxing! The hotel staff were pleasant & courteous. Mr. Wattana of Front Desk was very warm, friendly and helpful. He even recommended to use the free bicycles of the resort and to try some nearby restaurant and attractions. We enjoyed the recommended weekend Sukhothai Street Market. Definitely going back next year for the Loi Krathong Festival!
