Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, my wife especially loved the fireplace. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom deserves a separate praise, first time I see a Dyson (or Dyson-like) hair dryer in a hotel. Special thanks for a coffee station which is always open.

We had a great 2-night stay at Cozy House B&B. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable in every manner. The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

Just 15 minutes' walk from the Falls and scenic parkway, this multi-levelled motel boasts an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. The room was perfect. It was incredibly clean and you saw the cleaners there everyday. I was given an upgrade as the manager/owner, Dave, had said that he makes sure to give those staying for a few days the bigger rooms. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. The room was equipped with a coffee machine with free coffee, sugar, and whitener which was all very appreciated. There were also complimentary soaps and shampoo included which was very helpful. The mini fridge was great for keeping my drinks cool and for a beverage pool side! The pool was fabulous and was open from 9am-10pm. The owners/managers/people working there were fantastic and very helpful - upon arrival, you will be given lots of advice on visiting the falls and given coupons to get discounts to the falls attractions and places for food. I also loved how out of the way it was but within 15min walk to the falls. The hotel is also really really good at regulating people being loud and unsociable, so if you're someone who is looking to have peace and quiet without being woken up at 2am by people drinking, then this is the place for you. I could not recommend this place enough - it is fantastic value!!
