The receptionist was a very nice man, extremely polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. The beds were exactly as described. They were awesome!!

The beds were very comfortable, they gave us extra pillows when requested, the hot water in the bathroom was instant and really hot which was great! The maid service was really great when my daughter was sick in the middle of the night and they came right away and changed all the bedding. The attentive waiter at the restaurant found some butterfly crackers the next day for my daughter to help her nausea.

Just a 5-minute walk from The Alamo, this pet-friendly hotel is in central San Antonio. It features an indoor pool, daily continental breakfast and a snack bar. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the riverwalk and the coolest restaurants and bakeries. It is on a noisy and busy street, but when you are in the room you can not hear the noise. We were placed on the 11th floor, in a room with a view of the Majestic. Huge spacious, clean mini-apartment, with a kitchen and a large work area. Large and comfortable bed. This room was cheaper than rooms in other nearby hotels where we stayed earlier this year. And this room is much cleaner and more spacious than all the others. Free breakfast included - freshly baked waffles, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Very nice staff. The only downside, which was not significant for me, but may be important for someone else, is that only one elevator works, and in the morning, during breakfast, there are queues, and people from the middle floors can wait 15-20 minutes to go down. It's not a problem for me to go up the stairs, even to the 11th floor, and even after breakfast haha.

The O'Brien Riverwalk Boutique Hotel is only one block from the San Antonio River Walk. The hotel offers free internet access. Location perfect, vibe perfect, staff (Stacy) in particular was top. The maintenance guy had to sort out a leaky tap (the hotel is like a million years old) and he too was top. Just a really nice experience.
