Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience. The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night. Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

The property is non-smoking and is located 2.7 km from Southwest Washington Fairgrounds. Lovely vintage hotel in a quaint little town. Walking distance to great shops, antique stores, restaurants and bars. Room was so delightful we really didn’t need to venture out much. Restaurants connected to the property were fantastic! Branch for dinner and Berry Fields for breakfast were great. We live only about 50 miles away but trip was so relaxing and fun we will do it again. The property was absolutely delightful!

Select rooms include relaxing spa baths or fireplaces. The property was finished to a superb level, spacious rooms. We had dinner which was amazing, the Calamari was the best I have ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great and the beautiful weather this weekend enhanced the stay.
