Sea Phoenix hotel is located at a very convenient location. Uncrowded local Bac My An beach is 150 meters away. The famous My Khe beach is 350 meters away. Very fine place for such a price. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Thanks a lot team!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were quick to help with anything we needed — from arranging taxis to recommending local restaurants and attractions. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed, strong air conditioning, and a beautiful city or river view (depending on the room). Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the daily afternoon tea — a thoughtful touch that made our afternoons extra special. The selection of snacks, cakes, and tea was delicious and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the Han Market, Dragon Bridge, and plenty of cafes and local eateries. The spa and gym facilities were clean and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a nice mix of local and Western options with fresh fruit and good coffee. Overall, Sanouva Da Nang exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines great service, comfort, and value in a central location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang — whether for business, leisure, or a romantic getaway.
