We had two rooms, both of which were extremely comfortable. The beds and bed linen were superb and the staff very pleasant and professional. There was coffee and tea in the room as well as a snack, plus a minibar and luxury toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. We can highly recommend.

There is bathroom lighting and strong wifi signal in the rooms when there is loadshedding. The most amazing place to stay in Greyton. Tia and her team went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. Very helpful with local knowledge and tips. Breakfast is Amazing!! You must stay here when in Greyton!

Each room at the White Shark is decorated in a mix between rustic and contemporary, including exposed brick walls and modern furniture. They all offer a private bathroom, and some come also with a spa bath. The place was spotless and cozy, with a heated blanket/bed that made our stay extra comfortable. Although it was just a quick stop, the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She kindly arranged our dinner in advance, making a reservation and even placing the order before we arrived. Throughout, she was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, coordinating every detail seamlessly. What touched us most was that she even followed up after we checked out to ensure we reached our next destination safely. This kind of genuine care and service is rare, and it truly made us feel special. Highly recommend!

Saxon Lodge a bed & breakfast in Gansbaai, which is known as the ideal location for shark cage diving and whale watching. The lodge features a splash pool and uninterrupted views of Gansbaai harbour, Walker Bay and the Hottentots Holland Mountains. Saxon Lodge was one of the best places to stay during our three week vacation in South Africa. The owners in particular were always very friendly and genuinely interested in us. We felt at home right from the start. All our questions were answered at all times. We were given an upgrade due to minor building work on our room. The location of the accommodation is perfect and the view of the harbor is magnificent. Thank you! We would stay here again at any time.

All rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, a seating area and a work desk. Great location, right next to the cliff path, and a good distance to the more dodgy areas of Hermanus. Staff were amazing - very helpful in suggestions and accommodating to requests. Breakfast was great. Rooms are comfortable and love the bamboo theme. Facilities are really nice, including the common areas and pool area. Parking is comfortably available.

Beautiful old-style place with super friendly staff, perfect location, and delicious breakfast. It was especially kind for Nadia to get up early to make us breakfast before we started our long drive to Mossel Bay.
