It’s furnished beautifully and is a really spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need too. The host was really friendly and communicated really well as well as replied promptly to messages. The location for us was perfect as we were there to attend an event at the Etihad Arena and it’s walking distance from it and the YAS circuit etc too. Overall it was a great experience.

Owner is hospitable and kindly answered to all our questions. Everything was there and even more that usually not included in apartments. Location is ideal as you can reach mall, all kinds of kids entertainments by foot (winter time) and very nice promenade zone with restaurants/cafe. Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

What an incredible find! This luxury apartment was perfect for our group of four. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the check-in was seamless. We loved the amazing facilities, especially the private beach, gym, and sauna. The location is truly the best part – you can easily walk to Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World, and Etihad Arena. With a supermarket and cafe downstairs, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Highly, highly recommend for a fantastic stay in Abu Dhabi!

Good location in Yas Island. Very close to Ferrari World, Sea World, and Warner Brothers, 12 minutes by car or less. There is also a small Carrefour store nearby. The person in charge of the place is good-matured and quick to carry out the service assigned to him.

My family and I loved Rishnee's place. The location was exceptional as it is close to the Yas Beach with direct access, close to the Yas Marinar, and close to the Yas Mall and the theme parks.
Roshnee was very helpful with information and very responsive and flexible to help. A great host.
If I do visit Abu Dhabi again I will stay there if available.
