The hotel was immaculate and clean. The room was huge and spacious. The mattress was a little firm to our liking but this is a personal preference. The proximity to the Theme Parks makes this an excellent location for a stay on Yas Island. I would highly recommend this location for anyone.

The courtesy of the appartment owner and the managing staf is impressive and excellent.

Apartment had everything we needed, was nicely decorated, had a lovely balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and Yas Links golf course to the left. A private beach was only a couple of minutes walk and Yas Bay was also within easy walking distance. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Very clean and new property. We had everything for living, the oven, coffee machine, toast maker, the dishes and cooking facilities. We were welcomed with double necessity kits, starting from bath kits and slippers. A lot of pillows and made up bed. Also we had a welcome drinks, a lot of water and even the berries and fruits, the pastry. It was very nice!!! We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. PS. There was the swimming pool outdoor and Carrefour market. And it took 15 minutes walk till the Yas mall, The Ferrari World and Waterpark. 20 minutes till the Airport. Everything you need is around. A great location!!!
