We have just returned from a 5 day break at this super hotel, with customer service to exceed all expectations. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food was superb. The room was huge and kept spotlessly clean. There is access to the facilities at the Westin hotel next door and waterpark, with and adults only pool which was fabulous, loungers could be booked in advance, so no fighting for best position, a swim up bar and great restaurants. On our last day the pool manager came up to us say that they hope we had a wonderful day gave us a card with best wishes and a cake to say bon voyage for our journey home. There is a metro station right by the hotel with great access and cheap access to all parts of Dubai. Highly reccomended.

Very good location, excellent architecture and rooms. We visited hotel in January, for the professional conference-staff was very attentive and cute, the sea was cold, but the open pools with warm water near the sea-very good.
