Everything! Food was delicious. We used mainly restaurant Arboretum, where they serve buffet style breakfast and dinner with a beautiful outdoor sitting and a gorgeous views.

The hotel is very clean. the rooms are very clean. the housekeeping is great. reception people are very very kind helpfull. the hotel's location is in the middle of everything. you can reach the Marina for example even with the Tram. All of the staff are very kind and friendly. I love the girl serving drinks and towels nearby the adult pool. she was extremely kind and nice. The breakfast was perfect. I am always staying in Mina Seyahi or West Inn since they are very safe and good for a single women. The 8th floor Lounge is great I recommend. mrs. Simran is preparing perfect coctails in the lounge. All of the restaurants in the hotel are top quality. I recommend Baba and Italian ones. I hope that the fish restaurant will be opened soon. It is also a signature restaurant for this hotel. the hotel is green, there are trees and flowers. The sunset is great to watch and have a drink at the sand bar.

Very spacious and clean apartment. The location is good close by the metro station and good connectivity from hotel to metro (free from the hotel). The staff very nice .

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Housekeeping (Sia Kumar was in charge) did a fantastic job. Aquaventure is amazing for the kids. Breakfast at Kaleidoscope is good quality but they can put some portable air cons or gans outside.
