My recent stay at Al Bandar Rotana by Arjaan on the Creek was wonderful, and I’d like to commend the staff for making it extra special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the reception team, especially Abdul Rahman who went out of his way to ensure our check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, and while there was a small charge for the upgrade, it was absolutely worth it, as it allowed us to settle in and start enjoying the amenities right away.
I also want to mention Rajan from the concierge team, who provided us with helpful tips for navigating the area and arranged our transportation efficiently.
The hotel has a smaller pool, which was perfect for a quick, refreshing swim, though it might feel a bit limited if you’re looking for a large pool area. Al Bandar Rotana is situated about a 20 to 30 -minute drive from downtown, so plan on some travel time if you're planning to explore that area. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with attentive service by the Creek.

We got a free room upgrade by Shayan. He was more than helpfull. The room we got was very clean and had all the options. The location as very near to the Metro station Al Rigga. The food was super and a lot value for money. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay.

Everything, Welcoming staff to the reception staff, dining room staff, specially bahaar, Masoom, Adrian, Jitish, and two girls at the dining room entrance jayatree and thin she always welcome me by my last name wich was very amazing, housekeeping staff was good to the property is nice and clean and comfy, near the metro and mall entrance is at the hotel door. As a good memory, I took the picture with the dining room staff.
