The staff were exceptional from check in to check out. But the room cleaning wasn’t done deeply. I like and enjoyed my stay. If you leave the AC on it made noise.

All staffs were very helpful, kind and friendly to us. Hotel and rooms were very very clean, breakfast was delicious. We had very early flight to Dubai, and our return flight was at midnight but they were very very helpful about out checking in and out. Thank you for everything.

The hotel location is excellent, directly facing Burj AL Arab (the most famous sail-shaped hotel at Dubai). From the balcony, we can see the sunset with Burj AL Arab. The staff are very friendly. It was a surprise to see the birthday gift (a cake, a bottle of read wine, and fruits) prepared by the hotel, when walking into the room after check-in, which is very touching. The hotel is a part of hotel groups in the area including Burj AL Arab, with many excellent restaurants.

Food was amazing. If you are at half-board you can visit buffet-dinner (by the way, extraordinary, amazing buffet-dinner) or some excellent restaurants that locate in the hotel. You can get half-board menu in these restaurants. Personal is polite, unobtrusive and always around.
