This is a world class hotel and the management are exceptional. Everyone in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Quality is everywhere in the hotel ! The beach is close the pool is excellent. The breakfast in the Bay restaurant is very very good and exceptional quality and selection. The club room on the 5th floor is like a five star restaurant and super well run by Fam and her staff. This is a hotel of superlatives. The manager Ben deserves huge accolades for the quality of the hotel. The beach staff were super helpful as was Arslan at guest relations. The hotel knew we were celebrating our anniversary over this holiday and spoilt us and made us feel so special.

Everything. Rove is my very 1st stay in dubai. But i had an excellent stay. Everything is good from the receiptionist, facilities, room services. Its a little bit far from the centre, but they had free shuttle bus to the main place and punctual.
