This is a world class hotel and the management are exceptional. Everyone in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Quality is everywhere in the hotel ! The beach is close the pool is excellent. The breakfast in the Bay restaurant is very very good and exceptional quality and selection.
The club room on the 5th floor is like a five star restaurant and super well run by Fam and her staff.
This is a hotel of superlatives. The manager Ben deserves huge accolades for the quality of the hotel. The beach staff were super helpful as was Arslan at guest relations.
The hotel knew we were celebrating our anniversary over this holiday and spoilt us and made us feel so special.

Everything was above expectation. The hotel is beautiful, room very nice and fancy and most importantly the service is just perfect. They will do the maximum to let you feel at home and provide you with anunique experience. Hotel is expensive so its very nice to have so many complimantary things such as beach bag, non alcoholic drinks in the room, etc. Will definately be back

Location is great, 10 minutes away from Dubai Mall by walk. Everything is near by. There is a 24/7 open market in the lobby. I was surprised with the laundry room, you can wash and iron your clothes by yourself. Beautiful pool with the look of Burj Khalifa. I also really enjoyed the meeting place that has golf, table tennis, table football…and a 24 hours open gym. People who work there are incredibly kind and helpful. Placida who works at the reception was so nice and she printed my boarding pass. I am in love with ROVE hotel and I am proud to be ROVER!❤️
