Amazing place and great customer service

Smaller apartment with nice design elements. Location is good in terms of parking and metro (Shoba and DMCC). Walking distance to Marina Beach. Lots of good supermarkets around. Great value is the small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Costa and Starbucks nearby. Next building has good females beauty parlor, recommended. Also copy center nearby for printing, business cards etc. Host is fast responsive, no worries that no one answers or you will be alone with your problems. I recommend this apartment, especially, if you travel with children/teenagers. You can cook your own, everything functions in the kitchen. Or just go out and enjoy more than 20 restaurants around the house.

Her service was absolutely amazing. She was always prompt and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure we felt at home and comfortable. Whether it was answering questions or addressing minor issues, Kristian was always there to help. Her dedication to her guests is truly commendable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with modern appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals for the family. The living room was spacious and cozy, perfect for family movie nights. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring everyone had a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights for the kids was definitely the rooftop pool. They spent hours splashing around which added an extra layer of fun to our vacation. The location is unbeatable for a family vacation. There are always taxis in the parking lot and we had quick access to public transport as well. There are a variety of stores and dining options around the building. Overall, this apartment provided an exceptional experience for our family. It was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Kristian’s outstanding service and the excellent amenities made our stay truly memorable. We would love to book this place again in the future. It was truly a perfect home away from home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect location (just 10min to metro), apartment really good equipped (there's really everything you may need even for longer stays). Host was helpful and caring. The room is beautiful, it looks like on photos!

Very nice communication with the owner. Very responsive. I needed a late check in and check out and it was nicely arranged. Super nice rooftop pool that is not crowded as the apartment is located in apartment building. Acceptable gym with nice view. 20 minutes walk/ 5 min taxi drive to Dubai Marina.
