Awesome location, very clean room, view of Burj Khalifa with water front. Plenty of restaurants around and very friendly staff. I will be recommending Vida to everyone.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.

The club room was amazing and George was great on the desk and Bernard serving was eager to please. I think the man on reception was called Jamie and he was extremely accommodating for check in and check out, would definitely stay again.
