Staff was super nice. Helped to prepare room before check-in time. Breakfest was good and kitchen staff super positive. Pool was great and gym contains everything needed to keep yourself fit. Great to have free shuttle bus. Overall suggest to anyone who needs a good hotel close to World Trade Centre.

My favourite hotel in Dubai by far. Alessandra from the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and made such a difference on our stay. Love the cinema and the food and the spa. Also the suites are spacious and comfortable and greatly designed.

Everything was excellent, the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. I like it so much and plan to stay there again when I return. I would like also to highlight the location of the hotel so close the main sightseeing. So, I would strongly recommend others to stay there.
