The hotel was really nice, friendly and accommodating staff, very good location. I would like to thank everyone at Conrad Dubai for making our trip memorable. I will forever be grateful to the staff where we had breakfast every morning. From Chef Roel, Daniel, Arfan, the barista who’ve memorised the type of coffee and tea that my family members like. And lastly for giving a surprise birthday cake and song for my mom. Truly we felt at home at Conrad Dubai. We will be back in Dubai and stay in this hotel again.

The staff treated me like I was their only guest. The hotel was clean and the food was good. The live band entertainment in the evenings was amazing. The tranquility of the location as you look through the sliding door in the mornings is healing. The skyline views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame among others were beautiful.

Well this is gonna be long but worth it. Where do I begin? I booked a room with a partial view to the burj but when we checked in the representative upgraded us to a room with a view to the canal, on 21 floor (out of 24) and which was 70 square feet!!! It was sooo beautiful and big! The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff cleaned the room TWICE a day, and they even surprised us with balloons and cake for our honeymoon 🥹 The breakfast was good, although I have to say that the coffee took way too much time to be ready, but I'm really being petty here :) I would like to specifically thank Ayham, who was very kind. Also, I want to thank Nikun and Indah, who took good care of us during checkout and even brought us 4! Boxes of date and chocolate!! My thanks to all of the staff that I didn't write down their names but did such a wonderful job. We can't wait to come back!!
