Staff and personnel were super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our safe but crew fixed it immediately. Location. Whole climate of the hostel was great. Jaguar- friendly cat running around guests.

The room was very nice and clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very secure and well maintained and it was easy to come and go without issues. I would recommend this site for anyone staying for a few days.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a very well located area which is close to many sites, markets, shopping centres and public transportation. The flight arrived at 02:00 am and we had to be picked up at 04:30 am and despite the inconvenient hours, Cristina was very helpful and assisted with the delivery of the keys. Host was friendly and hospitable. Thank you to Hugo and Cristina for an excellent stay.

The guest service was wonderful. Great energy! Location was great and loved having a single room. Loved the option of both fan and ac and window that allowed sufficient air. A bit shabby in appearance in the room but great accommodation none the less. Didn't use the kitchen.

I arrived during the Maxi’s working hours (9-16) and he helped me with the online payment.
He offered to look over my baggage until the room will be clean and I could go out for a beer.
10/10 for Maxi and all the services and his help.
Also, helped me a lot that after a week, they came to clean the room again.
