I dont know why this hotel has any bad reviews. Our stay was exceptional! The staff were so so lovely, and even held their restaurant open 10 mins due to our late arrival from our flight. The room was so comfortable, with everything you would need, the pool was amazing and the breakfast full of tasty options. Would recommend to anyone visiting! It really felt like sleeping in the jungle. Would have loved to stay an extra night.

Everything about this hotel was nothing but excellent. The room, the cleanliness, the comfort etc'. But above all - it is their incredible service and hospitality. As part of their amazing hospitality, they offered us a room to take a quick (and much needed) shower after visiting the Iguazu park and before leaving on a long trip back home. What a nice and exceptional gesture that made a huge difference for us. This is a true understanding of customers' needs. All this, without extra charge. Highly appreciated.

Immersed in the jungle, this is a wonderful and very quiet hotel with spacious rooms and relaxed staff. Swimming pool area is great for unwinding after visiting the falls but also for spotting stunning butterflies. They also recommended great drivers for our day trips!
Onsite restaurant is great - lots of locals even make the effort to go there.

Nice quite place in the middle of the forest. This is the place when you can relax and enjoy the nature, swimming pool, walks in the forest or also you can rent a bicycle. There is very good food to order in the hotel's restaurant.
