I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

The apartment has a cozy atmosphere and a very comfortable layout. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, making my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the bed was brand new and extremely comfortable. Benjamin is a fantastic host and offered valuable insights for exploring the charms of Graz, including its famous cuisine. Perfect location to explore and easily move around Graz. Felt always safe in the area and the same applies to entering and exiting the building. The room had a lot of space, extremely clean and well organized. The staff was lovely and very professional. Can recommend breakfast - high quality products, all good and tasty and great variety!

Yesterday I stayed in a very cool apartment. I especially liked the design of the flat and the fact that it had all the necessary amenities - a TV, a coffee maker with capsules and an iron. In general, this apartment, it seems to me, is suitable for those who are staying in Graz for one night or for a long time.
