The property is newly-renovated with top of-the-line appliances and furnitures. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Each room (living and two bedrooms) were all air conditioned. There was a smart TV, washing/dryer machine, oven, dishwasher and the entrance to the place is with a secured keypad lock. There is also a small balcony although it just faces the inner yard. Wi-Fi was quick and connection is good. The location is quite central, with the old town within walking distance. Communication with Mathias was also quick, easy and he was always helpful.

Instructions for finding the apartment were clear and comprehensive. It was spacious and very well appointed providing everything we needed. The location was good...about a 15 minute walk into the city but good public transport was also available. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the kitchen looking out of the window and watching the world go by out on the street with the old city and hills in the distance.We had a view of Moses cafe across the road which we would recommend for great Lebanese food. A very comfortable enjoyable stay.

I had a very pleasant experience at this apartment. The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient — it was close to public transport, but we chose to walk and, even on foot, everything was pretty close. The host was very lovely and kind. Although she didn’t speak English, we still managed to understand each other just fine, and communication went smoothly. The apartment had everything we needed, including a kettle and coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Graz and would gladly stay again.
