The location next to the Mur river, just at Murinsel, in front of the Schlossberg could not be better. At the end of Mariahilferstrasse is the popular market, where you can buy whatever you need, with a few cheap and excellent restaurants. Although Mariahilferstrasse is a party region, the flats open to the couryard and are calm and quiet. Access to the keys and checkout are well organised. It is important that there is a locker, where one can leave one's luggage after checkout. We stayed for a short while and so did not need all this equipment, but the flat is perfectly apt for longer stays as it has a well equipped kitchen with fireplace, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The landlady, who lives in the same house is very kind and ready to help.

I love that all the staffs at the front desk are very friendly, kind and helpful. I love the vibe that like they really cared about the customers. I love that the accommodation is new, well located and modern. I travelled alone and I feel so safe staying there. The price is also reasonable. I would love to going back there if I ever visited Graz again. Love it ❤️❤️❤️

The flat is small, but has everything you need (big fridge, washing machine, tiny cook), everything sad clean and prepared for us. The neighborhood is very nice, with lots od cafes, pubs and small shops, although could be a bit noisy during the weekends. Tatiana is very nice, send us all the information and photos of the house, so we found the appartement without any trouble.
