We had a fantastic one-night stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and impeccably clean and tidy. On top of that, the host was very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

The whole structure is new, modern, spacious and with all comforts. The apartment was very clean, with a big bathroom and a kitchen with everything you may need. Very much appreciated the coffee machine with caps. In the common area a vending machine and many board games are available. A private parking is available but it's very easy to park on the street too. The neighborhood is very quiet. 15/20 minutes to the center by foot. The owner Anja was very friendly and careful, ready to answer to any question. After many years of business travels to Graz this is the best place I have found!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures a bsolutely stunning. Clean, tidy, and very cozy. Staying here felt like being in a 5-star hotel. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, with clearly written instructions for all appliances and information about nearby services. Key pick-up and return worked perfectly. The host had clearly thought of everything. I give this place a perfect 10 and highly recommend it to others. The photos and description were completely accurate – what you see is exactly what you get.

The apartment was spacious, very well-equipped, comfortable for family of 4, modern, with two nice bathrooms. We walked 20 minutes to city center. Parking space in the courtyard was a big plus.
