The whole structure is new, modern, spacious and with all comforts. The apartment was very clean, with a big bathroom and a kitchen with everything you may need. Very much appreciated the coffee machine with caps. In the common area a vending machine and many board games are available. A private parking is available but it's very easy to park on the street too. The neighborhood is very quiet. 15/20 minutes to the center by foot. The owner Anja was very friendly and careful, ready to answer to any question. After many years of business travels to Graz this is the best place I have found!

Our priority for us was the parking lot. Access to the parking lot was very simple and safe. We had a good time with our family for 2 nights. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower was clean. All the equipment was in the kitchen. There were popular cafes nearby. There was a spar market right in front of it. We reached the old city center in 20 minutes by foot. There is a train station in front of the door. The location is perfect. They thought of everything for us. We will be happy to stay in this house on our next visit to Graz. Also, thank you for your little gifts.
