Very nice and cozy appartement, I loved the stylish and topical design for the region, bed was comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent, they guided us very well how to access the appartement out of office hours of the reception. The possibility to reserve a parking space is great, because parking around the house is not easy.

The shower in the bathroom was the best one that I’ve had in Europe. I stayed there three nights and took five showers. It was so very good. The location was great, easy to get around town on the trams three different stops within 100 yards. A very safe neighborhood and safety is important to me. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The value was spectacular! I told my wife that I was going to bring her to Innsbruck and and we were going to stay at Binders!

We stayed at Blackhome Innsbruck Tivoli as a family and were really impressed. The apartments are modern, clean, and cozy, with a smart layout, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony with a mountain view was a highlight — enjoying the morning there was unforgettable. The self check-in system was quick and easy, everything worked perfectly. The location is also convenient: close to Tivoli stadium, public transport, and shops, with easy access to the city center. For a family trip, this was an ideal choice — peaceful, comfortable, and great value for money. We would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend it to other travelers.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this apartment in Innsbruck! The place was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the city has to offer, and the price was very fair for the quality of the accommodation. A few things to note: the bathroom lighting could be improved, and the small balcony, while charming, would be even better with an additional chair. We also noticed the property is expanding, which is exciting! Adding a few trees in front of the building could enhance privacy and make the view even more pleasant. Despite these minor points, the apartment was a wonderful base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the care that has gone into maintaining it. With just a few small tweaks, it could be perfect. We definitely plan to return and look forward to seeing the improvements in the future!
