1. The location is very near the HBF train station, about 10 mins walk. Flix bus stop is 5 mins walk. The old town is about 20 mins walk. 2. Clean and neat, the bed, the bathroom and the kitchen is spacious and comfortable. 3. There's a kettle in the room, I can make my own tea and coffee. Also with air con。 4. I booked this room last-minute and yet the price was okay! My friends had arranged this trip long ago and I had the chance to join at the last moment so we thought we can split more evenly, so I brought one more person in the room and the customer service easily and rapidly assisted me. The room was nice and cozy, there was hot water all-day around and it's just 5-6 minutes from Innsbruck Hbf. which was very pleasing. Thanks for the experience. See you again!

Had everything we required. Was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The shower had hot water. We enjoyed that it had a kitchen with the appliances we needed to cook with. Was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and the supermarket. A 5 minute walk to the bus station. Heaps of cafes around which was convenient . Host was great and very responsive. Very Safe location/street. My partner and I would recommend.
