I was a bit nervous because of some comments about parking garage, rooms and breakfast, but everything was great - garage and the entrance gate is big enough for Land rover discovery, rooms were clean and big and the breakfat was tasty and very surprising was gluten free bread (thanks to the nice man in the kitchen). The hotel is nearby the city centre, we were happy to walk everywhere.

Amazing staff, communication about our arrival and any kind of necessary information immediately shared through the app. Answered questions also within hours or even minutes. Welcome drink at arrival. Onsite parking, easy access and navigation. The house is quiet and spacious. Room at excellent condition, sleeping in extreme comfort. Bathroom with bath and a shower. Toilet separate, big plus. Breakfast delicious, variety of choice. The peacefulness of the location is priceless.

Oftentimes one will see apartments like this one advertised, that don't actually end up meeting the expectations. This was NOT the case with SCHICK und LUFTIG. The eye to detail is incredible, you can really tell that the operators put in the effort and truly want to offer a great place that feels like home.
It comes equipped with pretty much everything that you need and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. Very nice interior design and furnishing adds to the homely feeling and the numerous balconies are an incredible addition.
Should we ever be back in Linz in a similar constellation , this will 100 % be booked again.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.
