The apartment was as in the picture, clean and easily accessible by car. The hosts were very helpful and very kind to explain everything we asked for. The city center is easily accessible by tram, which is a minute away from the apartment. We can recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again.

The apartment was extremely clean and wide, more than I expected, equipped with all facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here.we were 2 adults with 2 kids and it was a very good choice to stay here. Highly recommend it. The host was highly responsive and also helped us with delayed checkout. We really enjoyed our stay. Nora welcomed us with a drink and made us feel like at home for the whole time. The house has a character and with its few rooms, it cannot get overcrowded. Its garden was just inviting to relax. Our room (Sissi) was large, very comfortable and air-conditioned. There was a common fringe with drinks in the corridor, but water was for free - very much appreciated in this heat! Train station is about 20min walk, but be aware that you need to return up the hill. So, if you do not like walking, car is a safer option. We also loved little farmers stalls in the area, offering fresh fruits and vegetables.

Oftentimes one will see apartments like this one advertised, that don't actually end up meeting the expectations. This was NOT the case with SCHICK und LUFTIG. The eye to detail is incredible, you can really tell that the operators put in the effort and truly want to offer a great place that feels like home. It comes equipped with pretty much everything that you need and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. Very nice interior design and furnishing adds to the homely feeling and the numerous balconies are an incredible addition. Should we ever be back in Linz in a similar constellation , this will 100 % be booked again.

The breakfast was generous and really good quality. Delicious rolls, cheese, ham, muesli, yoghurt. And great, fresh ground coffee and Sonnentor teas. And pear juice from a local farm. The couple who run this place are very kind, warm and gentle and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. I arrived after a very long, snowy drive and it was so relaxing to just get to my room and crash.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

We had such a peaceful slumber during our stay — I didn’t even hear my alarm, a true sign of how restful and comfortable this lovely home was. The host was incredibly thoughtful. They sent us messages in our native language, which truly touched our hearts. The self check-in and check-out were seamless and very convenient. The place was exceptionally well-equipped: prosecco waiting for us, a coffee machine, kettle, and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. It didn’t feel like a rental — it felt like a warm, welcoming home away from our home. We loved every moment here and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. If we ever return, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

Nothing more to say but that this was my fourth visit to Linz and my first stay at this apartment, and hopefully not the last one. The owner was super friendly and helpful, apartment was super clean and cozy and you are 5 minutes footwalk away from the city center. Just perfect 😁
