So far, it's the best middle-priced hotel I have ever stayed in. The room has a modern thoughtful design, without a big wardrobe which is not needed for 2 nights but a good kitchen space instead. There was a kettle, tea bags, an automatic coffee machine with coffee pods, cutlery, plates, and a small fridge. The TV had Amazon Prime and other apps. The check-in and check-out processes were easy.

Family-run for over 100 years, Hotel Ganslhof - Adults only is a 15-minute walk from Salzburg’s Old Town, the main train station, and Mirabell Palace. Parking is available for a surcharge.

I had a very warm and welcome stay at Bergland Hotel. The owners and staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly and the room and bathroom were pleasant, spacious and clean (great value, especially for an economic room!). The location of the hotel is excellent: a 10 m walk to the old town, Mirabel gardens, etc). A great stay in a wonderful city!

This stay was phenomenal, super close to the city center, that you can walk to all the attractions, but nestled away from the noisy part of the touristy areas. The bus stops are nearby and just 4th stop from Salzburg hbf. Having little treats for breakfast when we woke up was also a very sweet gesture.
