Very good, clean, quiet hotel. I don’t know if it’s possible to get there without a car, we were driving. Free parking, very nice view, we didn’t hear the neighbors (!!!!). Excellent experience, I recommend this place

This host clearly takes guest feedback seriously. The apartment has been steadily upgraded based on past reviews - when guests suggested adding a dish towel by the sink, it appeared. When someone mentioned needing more bathroom hooks, they were installed. Requests for additional wine glasses were met with a set of elegant champagne flutes. In professional terms, this is true customer-centric product development - something many large corporations struggle to execute properly. **An important clarification about the windows:** All slanted windows feature automated blackout panels. As shown in my photos, with just a button press the room becomes completely dark. I bet the host got roasted in reviews about "no curtains," so by the time I arrived, every blind was down, complete with an instruction manual in the living room. LOL. **About those magnificent windows:** They create an extraordinary experience - falling asleep under starlight, enjoying breakfast with cloud views. The only drawback is showering near them may be challenging for taller guests. **Noise levels:** During my May stay, Vienna's cooler temperatures meant keeping windows closed at night. The apartment remained quiet from 10pm through 6am. **Neighborhood notes:** With daylight lasting until 8pm, the area felt completely safe. While the multicultural neighborhood includes visible immigrant communities, I experienced no issues during my week-long stay - just peaceful coexistence. **Final thoughts:** This apartment became my perfect home base while working in Vienna. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.

The apartment was perfect for myself and 3 friends, 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 toilets and a separate shower room. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had! Location was good, a few steps to the metro which took you everywhere you needed to go.

What a fantastic place – quiet, warm, and clean, yet just a few minutes' walk from Vienna Hbf station. The apartment has everything you need, from a hairdryer and towels to pots and pans, coffee and a coffee maker, tea, salt, and sugar. It's clear that the owners pay attention to details to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. Near the apartment, you'll find all the necessary stores: Lidl, Aldi, Billa, etc. There are also cafes and restaurants. A 20-minute walk takes you to Belvedere Palace. The beds, as well as the duvets and pillows, are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The communication with the owner is excellent. They gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home We will definitely return!

Amazing closed garden with a fountain and very quiet surroundings. The apartment was clean and had all the necesities even for a longer stay. The host was very helpful and gave crucial information on best places to visit in Vienna and how to get to them by public transport. The location of the apartment is very easy to reach by public transport from the center and the whole neighbourhood is also walkable and safe. All in all a great exprecience.

From walking in the door and being greeted by Danielle and Herman we knew that we had made the right choice . If you want something a bit different this is the place for you. Nothing corporate here ! You have the personal touch from Daniella and Maria who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and rwlaxed .Enjoyed the food and drink on offer most of which was home made 🙂.The room was a one off.Different ,quirky and comfy. The bed is the best I've ever slept in ! The room was obviously designed with love . No TV but that added to the atmosphere . We felt so relaxed and slept very well. 10 -15 mun walk from the main station and 5 mins walk to a main tram station which took us everywhere we needed to be.Couple of bars and lots of shops near the tram station. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave .We would definitely stay again if back in Vienna
