Location of the hotel is quite good, its' about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro Ober St. Veit or you can go by bus that stops in front of the hotel, there only 1 stop to the metro Ober St. Veit, also you can come from metro Ober St. Veit to the hotel by bus, bus stops in front of the metro and the second stop is next to the hotel. Personal is very good, they do everything to help guests, we left the luggage for the whole day at the hotel before departure without any extra fee.

Very cozy place, warm and comfortable. We were with our 2 kids and the room was fine. Also the toilet is separate from the bathroom which was great. The restorant is very cute and we loved the breakfast. On the reception also the guy was so kind and helpful, also spoke amazing English. Totally recommend this place.

Well placed, with the tube just right in front of the hotel, the hotel was a very comfortable, pleasing to the eye, place to stay for a week-long stay in Wien. The staff were all very pleasant kind and very helpfull. The room was large, well equiped and the balcony is definitely a plus. I recommend without any hesitation
