I can’t thank enough the immediate help my husband and I got from the breakfast team the morning he had a seizure during our meal. They promptly called the paramedics and he was taken to the university hospital from Vienna. Our eternal gratitude !

Perfect hotel. 10
Location is superb to visit the city. It is pretty close to go by foot to any place of interest. Breakfast was perfect, many options of food to taste and very good coffee. 4 mornings were not enough to taste everything. Service at breakfast was very nice - quick and pleasant. Young lady with glasses (sorry do not know her name) kindly managed visitors requests. Beds were comfortable to rest after long walking.

Everything in the room was according to the description and everything worked, nothing broken or clogged or whatever - this is a rarity nowadays. We found the room clean and perfectly ready on our arrival. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Our stay at this hotel was simply brilliant! The room were spacious, elegant and very clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and kind, that gave us an upgraded room.
