Everything was perfect! Rooms are so cute and very clean. Position is perfect, 3 minutes away from the metropolitan. Breakfast is international and rich.
They don't do the cleaning every day unless you ask for it.

Hotel Stephanie is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. Facilities are amazing.
Breakfast is beyond any expectation. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was amazing. Very, very good food.
Location is perfect, very close to the center and major attraction, just a short walk to Stephan Platz.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On a Saturday we forgot that the breakfast restaurant opens later and arrived early. The staff nonetheless allowed us to come in and start our breakfast

We just love the place! Rooms are beautiful, the food was so delicious, that we didnt really want to stop eating. But the staff members are, what makes the huge difference from other hotels. The apartment is located in close walking distance to the Messe-Prater subway station from where it is easy to access the entire city of Vienna. There are several grocery stores close by. The apartment has everything you need for a short or even longer stay especially if you might have business to do related to WU or the fair.
Everything in the apartment felt pretty new and it was nicely designed and spacious and especially clean.
When we encountered a small problem it was quickly solved after messaging the owning company over the booking.com app. For other questions regarding the check-in and check-out process the contact was easy and helpful.
Note that there's self check in but the whole procedure is explained well beforehand and very easy.
If we are back in Vienna we would come back again.
