The stay was very comfortable and rejuvenating. The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing to the extent that I didn't feel like going out at times even though I was in Vienna. Love the comfort, the design, the garden and the atmosphere, as well as how it smelled 😂. My room had a view of a tree with a singing bird. I also like the parquet flooring which always feels cleaner and fresher. It wasn't luxurious but it was tastefully designed and planned for every corner and every small detail. They allowed me to check in earlier and gave me a total quiet room which was what I had asked for. The breakfast was good enough with a choice of hot food. And the hotel is just in front of a tram/metro station and a bus stop, so you can go many places from there.

It was a very spacious and cozy place to stay! It has a kitchen where we can make coffee every morning. And there was a lift in the building, so we had less hassle to carry up heavy luggage bags (still some stairs exist for half floor, tho). Such a pleasant experience to stay!

The location is right next to a subway station which is great. Noise insulation is also excellent so you don't hear any outside commotion. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The best hotel in Vienna! And maybe not just in Vienna. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The design of the hotel is very special and cool! In Lost style. Our room had a huge balcony with the sofa and vinyl record player in the room! There is a pool table to play. Very good breakfast! Good verity of fresh delicious food. Very polite, helpful and hospitable staff. Will definitely stay in this hotel each time we are in Vienna and will recommend my friends.

The breakfast and location were great. The hotel is relatively close to the central station in Vienna, and it's easy to get to and from the hotel by bus. The subway stations are also pretty close to the hotel, and it's a 20-minute walk from the Opera House. The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and cozy in the evenings.
