Booked a junior suite but it was overlooking the main road, so i asked for a quiet room since I’m a light sleeper. They immediately found us another room, overlooking the courtyard. It was perfect! It was only a bit smaller than the suite and they charged us accordingly! The staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating! A trul wonderful experience!

This is a perfect hotel, elegant, in a historic building, in the museum quartier of Vienna. The rooms are beautiful, confortable, with tall ceilings, and quiet. Breakfast is served in several small saloons connected, with 4-5 tables each, very pleasant. It is extremely varied and the quality is excellent. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can relax and have a drink.

We had an apartment with balcony , recommend to ask for fifth or six floor. The location is great and the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt like home coming back to the cozy apartment after long day.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.
