First of all, the location. The apartment is right in the city centre, with the museum quarter and shops just a short walk away. Restaurants are nearby, but if you want to self cater, the grocery shop is just around the corner. Secondly, the flat was clean and cosy. We were a group of four and a toddler and the apartment was large enough for us to spend the evenings in after exploring the many sights of the city during the day. The beds were large and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped. And last but not least, the staff. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. It's a very thoughtful process that gives you all the comfort you need when you arrive after a long journey by car. I would definitely recommend HeyMi Apartments, it's a great comfort for your money.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I experienced. The hotel exudes Viennese retro charm. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. We got an upgrade to our room and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast bar was diverse and all the produce fresh. There is also a complimentary tea time in the afternoon at the hotel salon with homemade cake being served. The location of the hotel at the heart of Vienna is also excellent with all off the main museums, the royal palace, theatre, opera house and Stephansplatz within walking distance.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

We were able to pick up the key from a safe. This was a very convenient solution. The accommodation was very large, comfortable, and wonderfully clean. It was well equipped with all kinds of kitchen accessories. The apartment is centrally located in the bustling city, yet it has a very quiet, intimate atmosphere. We couldn't hear any street noise at all. We went to a "Sabaton" concert at the city hall, which was very close by. But we also visited Schönbrunn Palace. Everything was close by, restaurants, Christmas markets. We were able to park the car in a parking garage very close by. We were completely satisfied with it!

After a horrible two-day trip full of unfortunate events, we finally reached our Vienna apartment. And it was.. fantastic! We grabbed the keys from the locker, opened the doors - and were greeted by the warm, soothing glow of candles (yes, candles everywhere!), a bottle of exquisite wine, and a fruit basket waiting for us. And books - what a sight for weary eyes! A small - yet cozy - kitchen with all necessary utensils and cutlery, a washing machine (!), and the AC unit make Petra's location an absolute blast - especially if you're traveling with your family. Children-friendly environment, a shelf full of tabletop games, free Wi-Fi, a fantastic location (15-20 minutes to get to the city center), and a quiet historic neighborhood - 10/10.

This hostel is set in Vienna's 7th district, within a 20-minute walk of the City Hall, Parliament and the Leopold Museum. It offers a 24-hour reception.
