The property exceeded all our expectations! The host greeted us at the entrance, explained everything clearly, and even surprised us with a small gift, it was my husband’s birthday trip. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had absolutely everything we needed. It felt so comfortable and welcoming. If we ever return to Vienna, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else, this place truly won our hearts. ❤️

Matthaus is a great host. We managed everything contactless, as we received everything we needed via a vigorous WhatsApp attention.
Loft is cozy and spacious enough.
Parking is 8€ per day at 10 minutes walk.
Plenty of breakfast available withing 10 min walk area.
Would recommend it!

Outstanding place. New, 2-floor apartment with all possible facilities, excellent for a medium-sized family. The location is very good, with easy transfers by tram and subway to the center (12 min. by subway to the center; 7 min walk to the subway U3). Shops and restaurants around, within walking distance. We spent there 8 days, but this place is suitable for longer stays.

Wonderful apartments. Very clean and cozy. Nice area, everything is nearby. The apartments have everything even for a long stay. We lived there for a whole month and are very grateful to the owner. Petra is a very responsive and pleasant girl, she always helped and was cooperative. Next time we will definitely choose this apartment.
