Well equipped and elegant apartment in a very beautiful building. Perfect stay for visiting museums in Vienna as it gives you a feeling that you are in a special historic place. Location is perfect for walking to the city center or using a tram/metro. Easy check in/out. Easy to find. Coffee bars and restaurants only few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this hotel was simply brilliant! The room were spacious, elegant and very clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and kind, that gave us an upgraded room. We stayed for 5 nights to visit the Christmas markets. We first visited the HeyMi office that stored our luggage until our apartment was ready, the very helpful receptionist rang to let me know the apartment was ready earlier than expected. The Opor apartments are a 20 minute walk away from the HeyMi office and apartments but in an excellent location very close to the Opera House and other attractions. Our apartment, number 16 on the 3rd floor was very modern and spacious yet cosy and warm throughout. The bed was quite firm which suited us and we heard no noise from outside or from other apartments, we slept very well. There was a good selection of cafes and restaurants very close to where we were staying. We highly recommend these apartments and we would certainly use them again should we return to Vienna.

We stayed for two nights in the Elizabeth Suite as part of our honeymoon from Japan. The hotel is located right next to the Musikverein, offering excellent access to the city center. The lobby and hallways are luxurious, and just walking through them was a delight. Of course, the room was meticulously maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although we had only informed the hotel in advance that we were on our honeymoon, they prepared several unexpected surprises for us, which made our stay truly unforgettable. We timed our stay to coincide with the one-year anniversary of our wedding and had dinner at the on-site restaurant, Opus. Our server, Caroline, was incredibly friendly and made an effort to speak in a way we could understand, even though our English isn’t strong. She also selected wines that paired perfectly with the course meal, and we had a wonderful evening. Thank you very much. We also visited the café and bar, both of which had a great atmosphere and were very stylish. We weren't able to fully express our gratitude due to the language barrier, but it was the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. If we have another chance to visit Vienna, we would love to stay here again.
