We were given a "handicapped" room because the desk clerk said it was larger and more convenient than a regular room and we loved it! We had so much space and it was very light and lovely. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful in every way. They made us feel welcome and as wanted guests.

It is a very spacious & well maintained apartment located very near to the Vienna State Opera and the Underground Metro station - U Bahn. The Apartment has a Big Kitchen, Huge Living Room, Two Spacious Bedrooms and Two Toilets & Two Bathrooms with one washing machine. This was the first time, I stayed in here. Absolutely, i will stay here again after couple of months, probably for the christmas time. They upgraded my room without asking, Furthermore, they satisfied all my demands for the room. The reception and the concierge , they were all so kind and helpful. .Special thanks to Vanessa and İlker. By them, I never felt myself alone. They were so close and friendly. I m so happy to meet with them. The location is perfect, you can walk to center and touristical places easily. If you want to use common transport, the main station is 2 minutes by walk. They have a own desert which I bought, is delicious. I love the restaurant and bar also.

Lovely appartment, perfect for us to be close to the city centre for exploring right from the door. Lots of space for us to chill when needed. Essential cooking equipment for us to use for eating in, grocery shops almost next door for essentials , lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
