walking distance from Belvedere, otherwise tram 71 stops right outside the door and is extremely regular and convenient to get around. The home is extremely cozy, with a courtyard, calm and quiet. We felt as if we had lived in it all our lives. Martin is very responsive and welcoming and even though our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am, he was waiting at the door to welcome us.

Great apartment in a great location.A lot of take aways in the area, all public transport at maximum 3 minutes of walking and the best is the S7 line to airport at 10 minutes walking in straight line.(+Penny,Bila,Lidl,DM also on walking distance)
Quiet building with all the amenities.
Big apartament.
I will come back when I will revisit Vienna.

Martin has been very gentle, available to explain and assist when needed.
The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)

The apartment is very big, comfortable, clean, full of utilities, very nice and cozy. Probably the best apartment for price I have ever been to. Owner was really nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would reccomend.

This Hotel is located right outside Zipperstrabe metro station which makes it very convenient for commuting in Vienna. We were there for NYE25 and we really liked the amenities and Hotel staff. They have cloak room facilities and very supportive to store your luggage even before your check-in date.
