Was only there for 1 night but was absolutely perfect. Nice clean modern facilities. Staff member that greeted us and checked us in was friendly and very helpful. Great sized room with private balcony. Enjoyed my 1 night there, close to airport as needed. He even pre booked our very early start Taxi which arrived right on time.

I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.
