The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests. Even though we booked for 4 nights, we had to extend for the weekend for another 2 nights. But weekends were full and it was difficult to get another booking. But the staff arranged to get another room. And when there was a need for a refund, we were ready to 'sacrifice' the refund, but the staff didn't want us to lose our money. They helped us to get back the refund.
