The staff is lovely! I was in the Vibe Hotel before and they remembered me but also the conversation we had so it gives a real warm welcome when arriving. They are loyal to loyal customers. The facilities are really nice: the bed is super comfortable, shower is amazing, the rooms are very spacious, the fitness has all you need for a quick work out and the pool is amazing for a quick swim before starting your day or to end your day! I definitely recommend staying in the vibe hotel and will definitely be back myself.

Location and access to Pier and Salamanca Market. So close to Battery Point as well! Quiet, despite being in the heart of everything. Bonus reading materials (Walker’s Journal and FortySouth) provided more context for Tasmania. Fruit on arrival.

The location and view of the harbor is unbeatable. The room and bathroom were very spacious and thoughtfully designed. The bath tub and bathroom aesthetic made it feel like a spa. The mini bar had a wonderful selection of local products and was reasonably priced.

I was blown away by the Salamanca Suites. I told my partner I could see us moving in when we're ready to downsize, LOL! The suite was nicer than the flat I used to rent in central London. Everything about it was spectacular, down to small details like there being two luggage racks available instead of just the usual one (my poor partner always generously lets me use it while his suitcase lies on the floor). I was actually sad that we only had one night planned here, and actually we liked it so much we bailed on a terrible place near Freycinet after one night and made the drive back to Salamanca Suites for an unplanned second night instead. Highly recommend and hope we can come back someday.
