The lady at the reception was really amazing 🩷 .. she was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Very convenient location. The elevator has an amazing scent that just greets your nose warmly everytime, which I loved!

The location is excellent—right at the end of Chinatown within the free tram zone, and just 50 meters away you’ll find countless restaurants. The hotel is well-equipped with a microwave, kettle, and fridge. The room is spacious, and the bedding is clean and fresh. Downstairs, the lobby provides a coffee machine and drinking water, making it a nice spot to relax or even have an online meeting. Highly recommended!

Everything. Great hotel in perfect location with tram right outside and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. Beautifully appointed rooms with high end finishes. Awesome rooftop pool and gym facilities and breakfast was great with everything you could want and great coffee. The coffee bar at reception was an added bonus.
